Gadgets – Friend or Foe?
I spent weeks researching what was the best gadget to track my swimming activity. Initially, it was because I wanted another watch, but it has slowly dawned on me that the new tech on my wrist is helping me deliver a better performance all round. My swim speed is increasing along with my muscle mass (yes honestly) and my metabolic age is through the floor!
